Exam #1 + Dom's B'dayWoohoo! My first exam is over :) Business in the Global Economy.. so damn boring to study for, considering it's the fifty time i'm learning about strategy and resources.. and the fact that I skipped more than half the lectures doesn't help lol. Was so relieved that the MCQs were doable.. i hate mcqs - always manage to screw it up, ever since year 10. The other bits were alright.. me and Judy wrote similar responses for the weird questions, so it's all good. My theory: Not sure + Not sure = Sure :D
Later on, we went to celebrate Dom's b'day with Chloe, Judy, and Miranda. Headed to Groove train.. was the first visit for me. The eggplant chips were scrumptious! my god.. could have eaten the whole plate! I had the braised lamb which was also great.. and a whacky waitress to finish it off :) Dom's not so big about celebrating his 24th, but hey.. we all get there some day... and not like that's really old or anything! Miranda's hilarious.. with her luminous lip gloss, and chloe's magic bindeez aka GHB poppers. *hush* oh and we reckon the waiter looked like Dan from neighbours/ aussie idol 2 teehee.
After dinner, chloe and miranda headed home, while the rest of us spent 30mins deciding on whether to watch a movie, and what to watch. okay so it was mostly me who took 30mins.. judy watched game plan by herself lol (she does that sometimes - watch movies alone :P) dom and I watched Death at a Funeral. It was hilarous! A bit dark, but once the storyline got rolling it was good. The consumption of 'valium' had us seeing green.. lots and lots of it.. haha. I'd like to take one of those and wander thru the streets of melbourne at night.. ahh the fun times! Headed for home after the movie, and watched some nip/tuck. What a great start to the exam period!!
